the location proved very convenient for accessing nearby amenities. a decent breakfast was available each morning (i enjoyed the variety). the rain shower in my en-suite was a highlight, offering a good water flow.
The decor could use a refresh. Some areas looked a bit worn.

the staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly i could borrow a plate and a knife when needed. the rooms were spacious and felt secure. i found the ambiance to be subdued and comfortable.
the room felt a little dark perhaps some brighter lighting could improve the atmosphere

breakfast offered a full english option alongside fruit yoghurt toast pastries fresh coffee and various teas. i appreciated the variety available at breakfast catering to different tastes. the meals were fresh hot and tasty i believe.

the staff were always warm and friendly. they were very attentive to any requests i had . nothing seemed like too much trouble to resolve.

the room included an iron and board two rolls of toilet paper a kettle and mugs. tea coffee and a tv were also provided for entertainment. plenty of towels were available along with an en-suite shower and loo.

the staff were very friendly.
The bathroom lighting was awful. It was difficult to apply makeup! one bedside light was broken too.. overall, the decor felt dreary and needed attention. Especially the chipped paint.

the staff provided excellent customer service i found them very helpful. the room was comfortable and warm i also liked the large bed. breakfast was good the food tasted nice.
i noticed some paper was coming off the walls in the dining area it looked a bit tired.
